A new service that Barrier Safety Systems provide is bridge inspections where the BACO Aluminium Parapet (BS Standard 6779) was installed from 1975 onwards and was deemed to be sub standard following investigations by the Highways Agency (HA) in the UK. In light of this BSS can offer a full site investigation and report on these bridges.

Sound Barrier - At BSS we supply a range of Sound Barrier Solutions all tested to EN 1793 and EN1794 European standards and fully compliant with the NRA series 300 requirements. We can offer our client fully compliant products in both timber and aluminum with both absorptive and reflective products for each. Read more

Bridge Parapet - At BSS we have an extensive range of bridge parapets available ranging from N2 containment to H4 A&B. All our parapets are fully tested and approved by the NRA for use on Irish Roads. Read more

The systems we offer are all fully tested to EN1317 standard and certificated by the NRA.
